Saint Raphael Hospital Charity Foundation Is dedicated to be very successful in treating these diseases! We are revealing our plan for a number of Cancer/Diabetes AND Nerve Myopathy/Nerve Neurophy, Nerve Trauma Treatment Hospitals to be developed and built in the United States!
With the advancement of Cancer protocols and treatments of all Cancers! Especially MONOCLONAL protocols! Then there is truly an advancement toward curing DIABETES! Then there is an urgent need for hospitals that can provide these Protocols and Treatments that CURE CANCERS!!!!!! AND, Treatments and Protocols that CURE DIABETES!!!! AND treatments and protocols that CURE NERVE MYOPATHY, NERVE NEUROPTHY and NERVE TRAUMA!!!
Saint Raphael Hospitals! (St. Raphael means Healing!! Through Sacred Scripture. His name in various translations means “God heals,” “Divine Healer,” or “Medicine of God,” for he has received his healing mission from the Lord.)
Saint Raphael Hospitals are designed to have at least 500 beds each with a fully trained staff to provide the very best medical care and treatment!!!!
The configuration of all rooms will be different than any other hospital! 100 of the rooms will be a Patient room only with a window in each room! Then the 400 rooms will have a Patient room and a family suite together in the individual room configuration! Of course Windows are important! We believe that Family cures Faster! Then there are those that have no family! We will have volunteers to make them one!!!!
Each hospital will have a research staff to develop/prove leading protocols for healing and treatment!
Each hospital will have laboratories for required research to test and prove cures for cancers and diabetes, nerve myopathy, nerve neuropathy, and nerve Trauma!!
We hope we can make them free to CANCER/DIABETES, NERVE MYOPATHY, NERVE NEUROPATHY AND NERVE TRAUMA patients!!! We see that treatments cost thousands of dollars, most unaffordable!! Our research Laboratories are assigned the task of designing the best healing treatments and cures, while lowering the cost!!!! We will lower those costs!!
THE IMPORTANCE FOR THIS PROJECT IS TO SOLVE NERVE MYOPATHY, NEUROPATHY AND TRAUMA!
The One Disease that has not been solved, Nerve Myopathy! Diabetes seems to be an antagonist, with most Diabetes patients contracting a case of Nerve Myopathy, Most severe, Not only the feet are involved but hands and fingers!
JERRY LEWIS went to war to tackle Nerve Neuropathy. IT is not yet done! HE gave us a great start!!
This Hospital, This Research University, Their Labs, Faculty, Research PhD's, Technicians, Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, to the Mechanics, Electricians, and Custodians, ALL will have the task of CURING THESE DEBILITATING DISEASES!!!!!!!!!!!!
We will link up with charity flights to bring patients to the hospital!!!! We will also have a ground transportation system to bring many patients to the hospital at no cost!!

YES, Each hospital will need an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT!
1. FOR OUR PATIENTS: They will get all the best help we can provide!
EMERGENCY MEDICINE IS A SPECIALTY THAT IS NEEDED FOR EVERY HOSPITAL
2. ALL WEATHER SUPER HELICOPTERS SUPPORTED AND READY 24/7.
AND SPECIALITY GROUND VEHICLES SUPPORTED AND READY 24/7.
EACH VEHICLE IS A MOBILE EMERGENCY ROOM, TAKING TRAUMA DOCTORS, PARAMEDICS, THE MINITURIZED EMERGENCY ROOM EQUIPMENT, XRAY, MRI, DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT AND MEDICINES TO THE SCENE! SAVING LIVES!!!
3. TO GET THE PATIENTS TO OUR LEVEL 1 TRAUMA CENTER AND HOSPITAL WITHIN 1 HOUR!
THAT GIVES THE PATIENTS THE BEST SURVIVAL POSSIBILITY!
4. Our VEHICLE ACCIDENT, EMERGENCY, AND URGENT CARE Rooms will be located in the Emergency Tower with a drive through for the transporting vehicles, and the Heliport on the roof! SEVERAL Trauma And Resus Rooms will be on the Bottom and Top floors. SURGERY SUITES will be on floors near the ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY CENTERS! Consultation Offices, Diagnostic Equipment Rooms, and Doctors offices will reside on the rest of floors!
5. Our Emergency Department will have 3 levels of Triage!
A. Hurts, Bumps, Pains, and Not Feeling Wells will be sent to our URGENT CARE CENTER,
OUR LEVEL 3 CENTER!
B. More Serious Falls, Trips, Collapses, Minor Traumas and Unwells will be sent to our EMERGENCY CENTER,
OUR LEVEL 2 CENTER!
C. All Accident Victims, TRAUMAS – Extreme Falls, Head Injuries, Internal Injuries, AND Unknowns will be sent to our ACCIDENT CENTER,
THE LEVEL 1 CENTER!
6. DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT will be located immediately next to the Center or in the treatment room in each each center.
An Ultra Sound and Heart Monitoring Equipment in all treatment rooms.
An XRay next to the Urgent Care Center!
An XRay and Cat Scanner Next to The Emergency Center!
An XRay, Cat Scanner, and MRI next to the Accident Department.
And a PET Scanner in the area!

Alongside the National Fundraiser, there will need to be local fund raisers to pay the bills of each hospital!! Like a 24/7 all need Fund Raiser!!!
The first hospital will be named: "The Saint Raphael Hospital Founded by Leon C. Russell" around Cleveland, OH. With a link to a Cancer/Diabetes and Nerve Myopathy/Nerve Neuropathy Training University! The Theresa I. Russell Research University founded by Theresa I Russell"
