VIDEO CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

THIS IS A DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

This application is server based, requiring a very high speed of processing 8 level Processor 256 Mg Ram, 16T Eram, and Extra high internet band width with the least a 1000GB download for the Client Application!

1 or more Servers are used to support client operations, and is located at all client locations.

Multiple Servers are used at Busiflex Offices and server farms to support the Network!

CALLER and all devices log on to the server under a unique business ID. Created at Login! All registrations information is deposited in the Busiflex National Customer Directory Database. This database is maintained by Busiflex Systems. This database is to maintain the status of the callers. Callers may be blocked from exercising system facilities!

Callers initially sign in providing the id credentials including address, phone, email address and business; caller login name, and password

Client Devices sign in with unique Ids. One to identify the operator, and two the position on the connections, three the business ID.

Reception devices must be touch screen devices, and up to 4 Receptionist devices can be connected to the system. They all have unique ids and identify the operators. Add multiple screens for devices so the additional offices and Smart devices can be added. The You video is always on.

After caller logs in and selects a client, they are connected to the first open window on the Receptionist display. The program plays a ringtone and flashing window edge indicating there is a call waiting or attention needed!

Receptionist operator touches the blinking call, then the video and sound are activated, video is shown on incoming call window. A conversation is enabled with the Receptionist operator and the caller using microphone and video! Callers information is displayed on the caller info window.

Receptionist operator may then choose to verify the recipient is ready to receive a call by touching the intercom window and then the device window to speak to the recipient. The Callers sound was muted when the intercom was touched. A ring tone is played on the device from which the intercom is calling or the caller has been transferred to the device!

When the recipient is ready Receptionist operator touches the incoming call window and then the device or office window. Caller is connected to device selected. A blinking window is displayed on office device window and a Ring tone is played! Income call window is closed.

Device must be able to signal intercom and if on a call the call is placed on hold when receptionist operator touches the blinking device window. When the device operator presses the close call button next to the call window the original call is restored and the intercom connection is terminated

All windows have a round close call button on and a blinking outline when called.

There is an Announce button to broadcast on the clients speaker system

When a system exceeds 50 lines the slider screens are used to assist the operator finding the name searching for!

At the bottom right of the Receptionist Screen is a Mode Button!   It opens a selection window listing the Operating Modes:
HOSPITAL  -  LARGE BUSINESS  -  HOTEL/MOTEL

HOSPITAL MODE:
To the right side of the Receptionist Screen a Slider window opens with Employee phone list extensions!
At the top of the Slider Screen is a button to change the screen to Hospital Patient Names in alphabetic order by last name then a button to
List Patients by room number!!!

LARGE BUSINESS MODE:

A BUSINESS HAVING MORE THAN 100 LINES:   The system will always have the Slider to show their employee phone list extensions in alphabetic order then
a button to change them to numeric order!

HOTEL/MOTEL MODE:
The System will always have the Slider to show to show their employee phone list extensions in alphabetic order then
a button to change them to numeric order! At the top of the screen is a button to change the Screen to list Room Numbers Alphabetic by Guest Name and a button to change listing to room numbers!!

Each of the systems will have a HOME KEY to return to the Main Receptionist Screen!!!!!
